Shipping

Rosie :All UK and international print orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days.

Dispatch time for paintings will be stated on the product description or stated to you personally during the commission process. Paintings typically are dispatched within 10 days.

A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is dispatched where your parcel can be tracked through the appropriate website.

Shipping times vary for UK and international orders, with UK orders expected to arrive within 2-5 working days post shipping time, and international within 28 days post shipping time. 
 

Order Outside The UK Please Note:

When the shipping cost is included in your order, this does not include any potential custom fees that may occur with international orders. 
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.

Import fees are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. If an item has been damaged in transit, please email images of the damaged item to rosierowellart@gmail.com and the issue will be resolved through email.

If you have any questions regarding the current shipping status of your item, please first contact the delivery company your order was sent with and they will be able to guide you in your delivery progress.

Please note that orders that have already been shipped can only be refunded equal to the cost of the print/painting. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
