• Print Orders (UK & International): Dispatched within 2-5 business days.

• Paintings: Dispatch time will be specified in the product description or during the commission process, typically within 14 days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can track your parcel via the courier’s website.

Estimated Delivery Times

​

• UK Orders: 2-5 business days post-dispatch.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7 working days post-dispatch; but please allow up to 28 days, especially during the holiday season.

 Please note: We are currently not shipping to EU countries due to new GPSR regulations.

Customs, Import Fees & Taxes

• Free shipping does not cover potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country’s postal service.

• For international customers (outside of UK), all orders may be subject to customs/import fees. Charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• For any questions about customs fees or import charges, please contact your country’s customs office or postal service.​

Returns Policy

• All sales are final. 

• We do not accept returns.

• If an item arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged item to rosierowellart@gmail.com, and we will assist you. Keep all damaged packaging, as the courier may need it for assessment.

• Refunds only cover the cost of the item, not shipping.
