Prints are made to order and fulfilled by Print Space using professional print labs in the UK, EU, and US.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Paintings:

Dispatch time will be specified in the product description or during the commission process, typically within 12 days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can track your parcel via the courier’s website.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK Print Orders: 2–5 business days post-dispatch.

International Print Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days post-dispatch.
Please allow up to 28 days in rare cases due to courier delays or peak periods.

In circumstances where fees are applied by local authorities, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If an item arrives damaged, email photos of the damaged item to rosierowellart@gmail.com, and we will assist you. Keep all damaged packaging, as the courier may need it for assessment.
